FORT SMITH, Arkansas, (March 3, 2011) – Umarex USA, known for a wide selection of recreational sport shooting guns, has solidified its title sponsorship of American Airgunner for a third season.

The American Airgunner TV Show airs on Sportsman Channel, the only television and digital media company fully devoted to the more than 82 million sportsmen in the United States. American Airgunner airs on Thursday evenings at 8:30 EST with two weekly re-‐airings. Sportsman Channel is available to more than 25 million U.S. households whose focus is on the outdoor sportsman.

Umarex USA’s Marketing Manager, Justin Biddle, said, “American Airgunner is the only TV show that’s 100% dedicated to airguns. The show’s host, Paul Capello, is very knowledgeable about airguns, and is effective at showing viewers how Umarex Airguns work and what they can be used for.”

Viewers of American Airgunner TV Show can expect to see a mix of Umarex’s products—from the new Browning Leverage air rifle to the Walther PPQ that shoots pellets or BBs. “Sponsorship of this show gives us the opportunity to expose sportsmen to the world of Umarex,” said Richard Turner, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Umarex USA. “TV gives us the platform to show consumers just how economical shooting an Umarex Airgun can be.”
