Some quick tips for airguns having to do with usability and safety.

Gunsmith Service & Repairs

Contact the Umarex USA Service Dept by e-mail or phone (479) 646-4210 ext 7 with questions regarding airgun repairs. Airguns requiring service will be issued an RA # (Return Authorization Number) which is to be written boldly on the box. Include a note that lists the following: Name, address, phone #, brief explanation of gun problem, and the quoted estimated cost of repairs if applicable. We will call you when work is completed and payment (if applicable) can be made with a credit card over the phone. You are also welcome to pay with a money order.

Airgun Parts

Umarex USA maintains an inventory of airgun parts for most of our cataloged airguns as well as many older model RWS rifles. Parts are not available for sale via our website. Individuals are welcome to order over the telephone, 479-646-4210 ext 7. You can view exploded parts drawings here. Note that we do not offer parts drawings for all air gun products. Parts are not sold to Dealers, Distributors, or Gun Repair Centers. We accept Visa, Master Card, money order, or personal check.

Call Umarex USA at (479) 646-4210, ext. 7. If it is determined a return is necessary, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Write this number boldly on the box. Include your name, address, phone number and original receipt with the product. (no hand written receipt) Return prepaid to:

REPAIR INFORMATION FOR CANADA CUSTOMERS:

Consumers requiring Warranty Repair:

For warranty repair please call Umarex USA Service Dept (479-646-4210 X7) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will then be provided with the address of an authorized repair facility in Canada. Shipping charges to the repair facility are not covered under warranty. A copy of your original computer generated cash register receipt (no hand written receipts), a note detailing the particular issue with the gun, and your contact information must be included with the package. Please write the RA# on this note and on the outside of the package.
