We are proud to introduce the Gauntlet.. Wait, this doesn’t sound right. You know all about the Gauntlet, but the Gauntlet Limited Edition is what you are here for.
There’s no doubt that the Gauntlet has been a solid, tunable, and dependable air rifle platform for the past 7 years or so. So many airgunners have started their experience in PCP airgunning with the Gauntlet. There’s no better tribute to such an enduring product than to offer it as an exclusive item?
To that end, we’ve taken the liberty to source some really sexy laminated wood stocks for this LE edition. These stocks are so smooth, so ergonomic, so ready to shoot, you will not want to put these Gauntlets down. We have all three current calibers represented in this Limited offering.
The specs for each are mostly familiar, but let’s go over some highlights for each.
Gauntlet .22 Caliber Limited Edition
In .22 caliber, you will find a 500cc Carbon Fiber tank that has a maximum fill pressure of 4,500 PSI and regulated at 2,100 psi. This is quite a bit larger than the 24CI aluminum tank that is on the standard Gauntlets. An 11.9 grain pellet will leave the muzzle at 1,100 FPS and you will find the muzzle threaded with 1/2X20 threads.
Gauntlet .25 Caliber Limited Edition
In .25 caliber, you will also find the same 500cc Carbon Fiber tank with a 4,500 PSI max fill pressure, but this rifle is regulated at 2,700 PSI. As such, you will find 25 grain pellets leaving the muzzle at 1,000 FPS and generating 55 FPE. Likewise, the muzzle is also threaded with 1/2X20 threads.
Gauntlet .30 Caliber Limited Edition
In .30 caliber, the Limited Edition Gauntlet is fitted with a 500cc tank that is regulated at 2,800 PSI. The big daddy of our limited editions will generate 100 FPE with a 45 grain pellet and up to 1,000 FPS from the same projectile. This heavy hitter is fun to stretch out to longer ranges.
Which one are you ready for?
Yes, these limited editions are quite a bit more expensive than the standard models, but with the bigger and lighter tanks and great looking laminated stocks, you’ll find the extra expense worth it.
